Privacy Policy

This policy covers clmsstudio.com, the website for CLMS Studio. Our apps each have their own privacy policy — see the privacy link on the app's page. This page is only about the website you're reading right now.

What the website collects

The website is a static marketing site. The only place it collects information from you is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the details you choose to enter:

• Your name and email address
• Your company (optional)
• The project type you select and the message you write

We use this solely to read and reply to your inquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How contact messages are handled

Contact-form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, to the studio's inbox. A copy of your message is emailed back to you as a confirmation. Resend processes the message in transit to deliver it; see Resend's own privacy policy for details. We retain inquiry emails in our inbox so we can follow up; email us any time to have your inquiry deleted.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (such as page views and performance metrics) and do not use cookies to track you across sites or build an advertising profile.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

The website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use the minimal local storage needed to remember your light/dark theme preference.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
