Vaultforge support
Vaultforge is a collection-first deckbuilder for Magic: The Gathering's Commander format. Track what you own, build and diagnose decks, value your cards, and get upgrade recommendations — all backed by live Scryfall data. It runs in your browser and is free to start; you sign in with an account so your collection and decks follow you everywhere.

Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Vaultforge saves your collection and decks to your account so they sync across your devices and browsers. You sign up with an email address and a password.
- Where does my data live?
- On Vaultforge's backend — the API runs on Render and your data is stored in a managed Postgres database on Neon. Everything travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we never sell your data or use advertising trackers. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
- Where do card details and prices come from?
- Vaultforge uses live card data and pricing from Scryfall, a third-party Magic: The Gathering data service. Card values are estimates and may not match current market prices exactly.
- Is Vaultforge free?
- There's a free tier you can start with right away. A paid plan unlocks more; you can upgrade whenever you're ready.
- How do I manage or cancel my paid plan?
- Vaultforge's paid plan is billed through Stripe. You manage everything — updating your card, viewing invoices, or cancelling — in Stripe's secure billing portal, which Vaultforge opens for you from within the app. Vaultforge never sees or stores your full card details.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- You can remove individual cards and decks from inside the app at any time. To delete your whole account and everything tied to it, email support@clmsstudio.com and we'll erase it.
- Something looks broken. How do I report it?
- Email support@clmsstudio.com with your browser and operating system and a short description of what you're seeing — screenshots help. You'll reach the person who built it.
